I loved BarbarellaPsychedella's pip-boy retexture "Soviet Space-Dogs". The idea of a wastelander trying to liven up their hardships by plastering cute stamps all over their pip-boy was an appealing one, an immersive one, one that I could certainly get behind. However, my main issue with the Soviet Space-Dog texture is that I personally felt it was rather lore breaking. How could stamps from the second world find their way to Boston? So I replaced the majority of the stamps with stamps from 1950s and 60s Americana. I did keep a couple of the cute doggies, but i removed the cyrillic text. Some of the new stamps include Elvis, old Chevys, anti-communist propaganda, historical figures, space programs, and even more dogs. The result is a pip-boy with a lot of character. I would recommend also installing the Combat Pipboy's optional broken screen texture to give it even more character!
