A large bunker with plenty of room to personalize and customize, accessed from a bunker door behind the sole survivors house in Sanctuary Hills.
I created this mod for my personal use, to learn how to use the Creation Kit, so by no means am I a skilled modder.
The vault has a room for weapons display, one room for armor display, a large 3 story room for power armor display, and a room for living quarters, has workbench that shares Sanctuary Hills' inventory. No settlers, (I don't like them stealing my stuff), companions will follow.
[UPDATE] I removed all default lighting, and added lights and working light switches to each area
