An attempt to make a settlement large enough like the Vault 85 from SomeoneYouKnow. It is INCOMPLETE, waiting for a good soul to have better knowledge of the Creation Kit and textures to finish it.

Version 1.02
Thanks to ReaperTai, the mod moved a bit towards completion. But there are still some things to do. Here is the list of things that have been incorporated into the new version:
-Added triggers (DefaultEmptyTrigger) for build area and sandbox and added the container. Linked all together;
-Replaced workbench interior with full workbench;
-Changed cave ceiling to current ceiling instead of floor;
-He made a small bunker in Lexington near Mystic Pines, right by the construction equipment. The door links to Vault 120.
-Made the bridge over the gear door so can get in and out. (This is a temporary workaround because the gear door with the number "120" as well as the welcome room (which is still with the Vault 114 number) has not yet been made.
-Added couple light fixtures in greeting hall and added light to all of the fixtures.
-Ran quick navmesh (recast based, all defaults) and cleaned edges.
-Changed all the doors. The vault doors could only open from 1 side, made both sides. The "entry" door is now a minuse (when door only opens a little bit instead of all the way) door linked to outside.
All changes were made by ReaperTai, I just posted the new version.
For some reason, it looks like there is a message saying to kill the enemies before using the workshop. Can use workshop if in god mode and press v at the moment.
For now, thank you to everyone who showed interest in continuing this work. There's still a lot to do, but we'll get there.
I ... I made this mod inspired by SomeoneYouKnow's Vault 85. My goal was to make a settlement large enough to replicate the Vaults of Fallout 3 and New Vegas. But I think I took the step bigger than the leg and I ended up losing myself in a sea of tutorials that did not lead me to the right place. I'm Brazilian, I can not understand the tutorials. I was able to build the Vault, but I could not connect it to the outside world, so I did not edit the Commonwealth (the Creation Kit was an error and closed on its own). So I would like to move my work to someone who understands the subject better. What's missing in Vault 120:-The jumpsuits, pipboys and security dress;-Vault gear door and welcome numbers (Welcome to Vault #);-Navmeshing;-Connect to outside world;-Workbench and the border of construction;-I think one or another minor detail.I do not intend to earn merit or credits on this mod, since I have not finished. Then I give carte blanche to finish the vault as you want and post it on your own page. I just want a new Vault to build and have fun.To those who are interested, already have my thanks and wishes for success.
