Vaas is located at the end of the tunnels when you enter the Cocaine tunnels through the underground club just run straight and youl find a door saying you need Pirates cove key to open the door, to get Pirates cove key just find the private beach with a container ship docked near it, hard to miss it... also on the beach it has a F#$% tone of Cocaine in containers.

For the best play though experience of this mod take a zip from your bourbon or a hit from da bong then play some fallout ahaha!!! ;)

Lore and History of Far Cry 3 - FO4

1-History

First of all Lets look at Vaas fromFar Cry 3 to understand his death was false or was it.... here is an interesting veiw on that:

Is Vaas really dead?

1. You were on drugs and were hallucinating. The knife Vaas stabbed you with was actually a syringe. Who knew? I was genuinely confused at first.

2. When you apparently killed Vaas and collapsed to the floor, his eyes opened up. So although you were high and may of stabbed Vaas in reality, he could of survived it.

Now lets be real here. Are ubisoft being crafty and going to do some DLC regarding this (like a second coming of vaas) or is it just there to freak you out? 


So pretty much this means yes its possible his alive.

Ok lets get back to the fallout universe, the nukes that wiped out earths population like America Europe Arabia and so on...... but what about the exotic areas like Around Papua new Guinea If America gets bombed it doesn't mean the whole world does, even though we never read anything about the rest of the world. China and Russia might have been bombed too but there must be survivors, just like every other country. I would even think some sea-locked countries like Iceland or Greenland still remain unharmed, without any radiation, because who would bomb them? Ok Far Cry 3's location is set in the beautiful Rook Island that is between Papua new Guinea and Thailand.... well the real world location of it points at Naviu Island, Papua New Guinea

2-Lore of Far Cry 3 - FO4

Life goes on.... Pirates still Dealing Cocaine with smaller areas around the island.... meanwhile in America the war breaks outs and they get nuked...... you know the story war never changes..... or dose it? see the pirates do not fight for a cause they do not have honor and they will stab you in the back if you turn around for too long.

Now Vaas the leader of the Pirates noticed that tourism to his island has stopped and all communications to america has ended so he had to kill the hostages that was left, Jason never came to the Island due to the fact America was bombed and now Vaas and the pirates set sail towards American borders in a usual robbery and pirate stuff..... but entering such borders usually would end with them being be shot upon and having to run but not this time, this time it was strange they was able to make it all the way to America and when they did they saw only what was left of it.... death everywhere... anyway as time passed they met a scientist that was working on a drug to treat ghouls and reverse there unfortunate state, just like in Nuka world when the kiddie kingdoms main boss goes searching for this drug but its no longer available...... see Vaas discovered it can also preserve living tissue and practically immortalize the user...... as a violent pirate he shot the scientist and took the drug that's how the drug is not available anymore...

200 years later Vaas still lives but now he has an easy life he controls the entire island with only a small amount of resistance from survivors that escaped the prison camps he owns clubs and a fortune of drugs and money....... when the main protagonist of fallout wakes up he now has an option to sail out towards the exotic location of Naviu Island........ and so the story begins you can do anything just shoot the pirates and party hard in the club.


3-The Mod

Far Cry 3 - FO4 is a warzone mod just like Iraq Warzones my first war zones mod but Iraq warzones is not immersive because it has a wide range of content iv made stuff from hitman mods even my dead mod Holiday Isalnd (Yes iam sorry Holiday isalnd is dead) anyway lets get back to Far Cry 3 - FO4 now this mod takes place in the world of far cry 3 with a story line connecting it to fallout 4 so this war zone makes a little bit of sense that being said its  Immersive as F#$% now you have a place to explore with your companions and a warzone to take part in without feeling guilty of breaking lore friendly world of fallout 4.

RLD-Cocaine Edition

This is a Gameply effect changer mod that requires you to start a new game...... however this is separate from Far Cry 3 mod so if you dont want this its optional (I say get it because its awesome)

What it dose RLD (Real Life Damage) Cocaine Edition changes your perks your health your enemies health removes vats and everything that indicates your in a game.... well you get the point it makes Fallout 4 feel less MMO and more F#$% you your a mortal and you will be F#$% up the A$$ by a death Claw if you dont gear up first..... that being said it makes your game like S.T.A.L.K.E.R. Call of Pripyat (If you dont know stalker... have you been living under a rock?) 

Also RLD-Cocaine Edition puts in a ragdoll pain system much like the one from gta 5
