tiny ammo count widget for HUDFramework

• remove unnecessary zeros
• switch horizontal/vertical align
• tune autohide option 
• tune scale and position
  

known issues:
can't keep it visible in ScopeMenu for more than 10 sec (we have no workarounds at this time)
can't keep it visible in scope menu while in PA (why? i dont know)
can't delete default ammo count while in PA 

Important:
if u use another my widgets u have to use core files from this package
