How to Spawn:

Build from Chemistry Station.
  -> Activate Pip Boy ("Tab" key).
    -> Drop somewhere ("R" Key).
       -> Activate Workbench (Hold "V" Key).
          -> Put someone on the floor or furniture.

Known Problem:

You can not put them on adult bed and chair.
