- high level of customization is possible. to do so, look for buttons to reveal/hide buildings as well as tires and hazardous material signs to clean debris and remove structures.
- there is also a good dose of back story aiming to link my others overhauled locations.

FAQs :
- Lifts may not function: leave the location, wait for a few days and come back, the cell should have refreshed and the lift be functional. To avoid that, try to load the mod from a save where you are not at the red rocket.
- Do I need to start a new game for this mod? : Nope, you don't, however it will probably clip with any existing builds which will require some cleaning up (but shouldn't break the game)
- Will the frame rate drop? : it may drop a little if used with my sanctuary overhaul or any other big sanctuary settlement or if you build it up a lot more.
- Will there be a "no-dlc" version? : unfortunately, no.
