WHAT'S NEW?

V1.1
Added support for the Nuka World PA system, offering the same options as the existing locations.
Changed the way the silent option is handled by creating a 10 hour delay between announcements, effectively silencing them instead of overwriting audio files (much cleaner).

V1.0
Original release, included options for subway stations and D.B. Technical High School

What does this do?
This is a successor to my other mod “No PA Announcements”

While that mod removed the PA announcements completely, this mod gives you the option still to do that or it can make the PA tone and announcements play less frequently, with various options for subway stations, D.B. Technical High School and Nuka World.

Why?

I take my time going through ‘dungeons’ and I always found the PA announcements to be far too frequent. The default for subways is a random interval between 9 and 34 seconds, D.B Tech between 15 and 34 seconds and Nuka World between 12 and 45 seconds.

Install

Use a mod manager if possible or choose the options you would prefer and manually copy the ESP(s) you wish to your fallout4\data directory.

How does it work?

The mod changes 2 values per dungeon type. These are simply changes to the minimum and maximum random chance in seconds to play a PA announcement.

Is it safe?

Yes, as I mentioned above, there are only 2 value changes so it should be compatible with most mods unless they specifically change those values which is highly unlikely. There are no edited scripts so the mod is safe to install/uninstall whenever you like.

NOTE: If you uninstall or change the option to a different timing, you need to wait for the next announcement before the time will reset unless you leave and re-enter the area. If you were using the silent option you have to leave and re-enter for the announcements to restart.
