Very simple mod replaces Nautical Anchor tattoo and makes it the Tyson tattoo 

You'll need:
the magazine to unlock the tattoo -sorry if you havnt
(#02 Anchor - taboo tattoo)
And to do a facial reconstruction, there is one beside the doctor in diamond city

To be able to install mods, refer to: http://wiki.nexusmods.com/index.php/Fallout_4_Mod_Installation
Once done either use NMM or place the files into the fallout 4/Data file.

To uninstall, delete it, orginal texture will be used again.

(hair may cover a bit of it btw, cos he got it when he didnt have hair i assume, matched its size to his face as best I could)
