This is a mod I made for myself and decided to share. I really love Elianora's Marlborough Mansion. I wanted a little company in that sweet little place. So, I made a vendor to keep the Sole Survivor from getting lonely.
Babette is a voiced vendor. She uses a slightly modified version of Trashcan Carla's merchant inventory. The Marlborough House is an unmarked location just a few hundred feet west of HalluciGen, Inc.
Only the base Fallout 4 is required. This shouldn't conflict with anything. If you use a mod, like Elianora's Marlborough Mansion, that modifies that location. Put this mod above that mod in the load order.
