I have two saved files I will be sharing, one right before leaving the vault and one just after doing the Sanctuary Hill settlement quest (which is obnoxiously done with a giant sign that says "BILL"). Both include him in a tuxedo, which I re-textured and uploaded here. Both files have a perk cheats with them. The ones I can remember that I maxed out were: Hacker, Chemist, Nuclear Physicist, Inspirational, Science, Robotics, and Nerd Rage. I do not have a save file without them.
