base save game with only potential settlements discovered and "unlocked" to build in!

This save file contains a new start at the top of vault 101 with all potential commonwealth settlements available and "unlocked" via console command. Only settlements are unlocked on the map, no new missions have been accepted so it is like a new game with a quick settlement for building. Settlements are only partially unlocked through console command so you will still have to complete the settlements radiant mission to make them allies and link settlements. However, you are still able to build. This save games will allow you to start building your base in your settlement of choice, to include locked settlements by faction such as the Boston airport. All settlements are still infested with enemies. This is a save file and as such needs to be saved in your save file for use. It will free up some time so get building!
