This mod uses assets from Valentine's New Trench Coat, though due to the author's permissions allowing me to use assets without permission as long as credit is given, it is not required to download in addition to this file. All needed assets are included. If you want his coat available for yourself (in a locker in Valentine's office), or for Valentine himself, download that instead.

Yes, this mod should be compatible with Consistent Mysterious Stranger, however my mod must come AFTER it in the load order for the game to override the outfit replacement in that mod.
I've made a patch for Consistent Mysterious Stranger, because that mod makes The Stranger use a different outfit form. Use the patch instead of the main file if you want these to work together.
