This simple mod uses a script to add a blur effect when aiming with a sniper scope.
It's been created to complement the excellent Retextures of scopes MS-RV mod by soroka, which removes the black edges of the scopes.
If you use vanilla scope reticles or any other retexture that doesn't remove the black edges this mod is pointless.


NOTES:

- The mod adds the blur effect on every sniper scope, including the recon scopes even if they have almost no black edge.
I thought of excluding them but when I tried a recon scope with the mod I liked the effect on them too and decided to leave it.

- The radial blur is not perfectly circular, you can see on the inner edges of the scope that there is some blur there. I think that it adapts to the resolution creating an oval shape instead of a circular shape. I'm not an expert using ImageSpaceModifiers, feel free to correct me if I'm wrong.
