Overboss outfit with four variations.
The jacket is not tied to the dress and can be unequipped or worn with another outfit.
The outfit is compatible with CBBE body textures.
You can craft it using any Chemistry Station under Overboss category.
It's fully upgradeable with ballistic weave and linings.
It's a standalone outfit and doesn't replace any of the game files/outfits.
You can use it on your character, any follower or settler.
Equipable only by females.

The dress is based on one of the meshes kindly provided to me by Lazman555. His whole collection is very impressive!
If you can spare the time, head over to his mod Highheels Dress outfits and check it out if you haven't already.
To enable modding you need to add the following lines to FO4 ini files:

To unlock ballistic weave without the prerequisites you can type
set RailroadClothingArmorModAvailable to 1
in console.
