This mod adds two new machines:

The Money Press

This machine simply turns cloth into Pre-War Money, which is the original intended purpose for this mod.

Input: 1 Cloth
Output: 1 Pre-War Money

I made this because I wanted to make a mod that Sips_ might use in his Fallout 4 series on Youtube. I know how much he loves his Pre-War Money, and I just thought I might give him another still mostly "lore-friendly" way to get it.

The Printing Press

This machine turns cloth into a new item called "Post-War Newspapers."

Input: 2 Cloth
Output: 1 Post-War Newspaper

This was just a random thought I had while I was learning to make the Money Press, and I thought I would try it out.
A normal newspaper gives you 1 cloth and is worth 2 caps. My Post-War Newspapers cost 2 cloth to construct and are worth 10 caps each.
Considering most of the commonwealth probably hasn't read a newspaper that isn't 50+ years old, I think selling them freshly printed papers with the day's news for 10 caps isn't such a bad deal. Basically, it's just a decent way to make a little money if you've got a lot of useless cloth on hand and want a day job as a paperboy or papergirl.

Requirements:
Wasteland Workshop DLC
Contraptions Workshop DLC

Note: Manufacturing Extended is not required for this mod to work, but it sure makes things nicer when used in conjunction with the Recycler.

I would like to give a special thanks to ajs52698 for letting me use my "Lego Method" of deconstructing and reconstructing the mod he originally made for me. It has helped me to learn a lot more about making mods for Fallout 4 than what I knew yesterday (which was literally nothing) and I could not have made this mod, or any future mods I may make without him!

I will put this shout out to him in every description for every mod I make, though I doubt he will see it, he might not have any idea just how much he has helped me and how grateful I truly am.

Thank you.
