Nuka World Settlement Proof of Concept
Pretty sure you are going to need Nuka World to make this work, just so you don't have to click the button and check.
I've been saying all along Speedynl would figure it out, and he has.
Makes the Bradberton Overpass into a regular settlement , and it is available for vassalization/outpost. There is some build area on the ground by the elevator for water, and crops, should you so choose, but it is not as defensible down there.
This will alter some of the random encounters in the Nuka wilderness, some will have higher maximum level than before. In my testing with a level 18 character, everything was as dangerous as before. In testing with a level 80 character, there were some encounters around my character level, but still no serious challenges in vanilla at that point, just like anywhere else for level 80 character.
