Make people NOT try and Murder you for simply hitting them with a squirt gun!!

Basically I love just hitting people with the "Thirst Zapper" from Nuka World, Just as I am walking around I love shooting it at people, or hitting them while they are spewing out the same repetitive dialog I've already heard a million times from them... The "Ugghhh..." or "Arggghhhh..." or even the string of Curses that proceed feed me!!
"I hope you are not one of those Synths sent... ARRRRRGGGGHHHHH!!"
"You know what's a good day..? One that ends without... UGGGHHHHHH!!"
But what I found stupid about the Thirst Zapper is that if you hit someone that is not in one of your Settlements everyone and their mother will try and kill you... Or even if you hit someone in your settlement more that a few times in a row the whole place will turn agro and try to skin you alive!! Or god forbid you accidentally hit a Brahman or something...
I guess the wasteland just has a thing against Water Based Good Times...
BUT, NO LONGER!! With this extremely simple mod I have switched the Thirst Zapper to a "Non-Hostile" weapon. Meaning you can get your settlers soaking wet every time you walk by and elicit all those glorious grunts, groans and profanities without worry!! And we know all know the best fun is wet fun...
(As a side note I have tested this mod and it works on all current Thirst Zappers in the game, but I am currently unsure if it will also make any damage dealing Thirst Zapper mods also considered "Non-Hostile" my theory is yes but am unable to confirm at this time... But I am just putting it out there as a forewarning...)
