Concept Outfits

Sometime ago I was going through the book, Art of Fallout 4, and on one of the pages there were concepts for Irma's outfits. I liked them a lot and I decided to make two of them. Below are the concepts, I've made the two from the top row--second and third from the left.

These outfits are only available for female characters.

The outfits have reused meshes and textures along with a couple meshes which I've made myself.

Outfits

There are two outfits and one hat available for crafting at the chem bench under UTILITY.

Wasteland Wayfarer's Rags - 10 Cloth, 5 Leather

Marauder's Garb - 10 Cloth, 5 Leather

Marauder's Hat - 5 Cloth, 1 Leather

Design

I tried my best to stick to the original concepts but there are some tweaks here and there. In the Wayfarer's Rags the vague golden string along the waist was open to interpretation so I added the rope, the hood is more smoothed out since the only way it could be boxy is if there was a hat underneath which doesn't make much sense, because the cloth physics aren't working with the robe which is falling over the shoulder I've decided to tuck it in.
Sometime ago someone mentioned that the leggings are more of a translucent/nylon material. Afterwards I've tried to make it like that but the effect has a problem. Turning down the transparency in the BGSM makes it translucent but causes some strange block/grid pattern which is fairly noticeable. Perhaps it's an engine bug. If you'd still like to try it, edit the Alpha setting in the BGSM put the value below 1.0.

For the Marauder's Garb I tried to keep the pants a bit baggy, they seem a bit like those pirate pants. Rope and straps around the legs. The sleeves are frayed in the concept and I've taken that to the rest of the shirt with frayed edges all around. Added in a flower pattern on the corset.
The hat seems to have some feathers but since that didn't actually work I've added the bullet instead.

Clipping

The front and back robes on the Wayfarer's Rags have cloth physics enabled, though where-ever there are cloth physics involved there tends to be clipping issues--there are some. The back robe works well and I haven't seen any clipping, the front does have some. Some of the knee and thigh will clip through when running, it's not huge but it's noticeable.

One way to reduce clipping is to make the legs freakishly skinny but this doesn't completely remove it and I didn't find the compromise worth it. I'm a big stickler towards clipping and I've tried my best to remove it everywhere. If you see any issues please report it.

Notes

Players who are running no body mod or replacement textures will have a slighter different look of their characters while wearing the Wayfarer's Rags. Reason being the vanilla body texture has the underwear directly painted out it and this will show up along the hip. If you don't like this you'll have to download a texture replacer.
