Food and drink don't heal, except this one should be compatible with modded food and drink, as well as all default food and drink, without changing the forms of the items themselves.

Please note: this mod does nothing to replace the healing effect from food and drink, so unless you're playing survival, this will pretty much just make food useless unless it has some other built-in effect. (like nuka cola and its action point regen)
Food and drink don't heal, except this one should be compatible with modded food and drink, as well as all default food and drink, without changing the forms of the items themselves.
The way this mod works is food and drink have their own healing effect in the vanilla game, that redirects to a magic effect, and that magic effect points to an actor value to change when a certain magnitude (in this case a health regeneration value) is plugged in. So what I did was redirect the magic effect to a blank actor value, so when eating food and drink, the health regeneration value doesn't go anywhere.
