Simple Mod that gives a somewhat more realistic recipe for purified water.  Includes recipe for charcoal and for purified water.

1 wood to produce 1 charcoal at the cooking station.
5 dirty water, 1 cloth, 1 charcoal, 4 Nuka Cola bottles to produce 4 bottles of purified water at the cooking station.

FROST:  Inspired by FROST mod to make a more realistic, craft-able way to make purified water.
