The base game does not allow crafting ammunition and while Contraptions DLC added the option to create ammo with the Ammunition Plant it has it's limitations. It requires a rather large amount of space in your settlements, allows to craft only one ammo type at a single moment (unless, as far as I understand, you separate each plant to it's own network of power + terminal), can't craft any energy ammo, and does not allow to craft any DLC ammo.

Simple Craftable Ammunition adds ammo crafting recipes to the Chem station and allows you to craft any ammo type available in the game and DLCs. Recipes copied from the Ammunition Plant when possible.

Currently only the following recipes are available, no explosives as they are available to craft in the base game

Install
NMM:
1. Click "Download with Manager" or add the mod manually to NMM
2. Click the install mod button
Manual:
Extract the esp files in the archive to Fallout 4\Data\ folder

Uninstall
NMM: Click the disable mod button
Manual: Remove ammo_crafting_lite.esp, ammo_crafting_lite_far_harbor.esp and ammo_crafting_lite_nuka_world.esp file(s) from the Fallout 4\Data\ folder
