replaces vault guy with..... Morty!

set hud color to white to see his regular color
just to let you know this replaces the UMR! mod i recently made.
this will probably replace the mods that i will do with the heads d:
I wanted to do rick but thats when i figure out how to change the body itself.
atm when i edit the body it just disappears with the head.
