I've seen a few people requesting a Deacon romance mod in a few different places, so I thought I'd share what I've done, at least until someone creates something more thorough.
Just changes one line, sets romance flag after the 'support him' response to his infatuation scene, and adds a few Lover's Embrace comments from in game dialogue. Very basic.
*I'm fairly new to the Creation Kit/Fallout modding so let me know if it doesn't work...or makes your game explode.
**Don't plan on expanding this myself, but if it's helpful, anyone can use it as a starting point, no credit necessary.
Note: If you've already reached max affinity and want to use the console to start the romance these commands should do that:
prid 50976
setav ca_isromantic 1
setstage comdeacon 525
