unless the esp changed this should still work
I don't know if leo2link added p38 leveled lists after this was originally made a while ago so this may be redundant 
its waltherp38.esp that cannot change. 
requires far harbor and the og mod.
it modifies gunners, triggermen, raiders, and far harbor trappers.
