This mod adds a small reward at the end of Cappy in a Haystack in the form of a better pair of Cappy Glasses

Cappy Shades :
1) What does this mod do?
This mod adds a enhanced version of the cappy glasses in the game. The shades are available once the quest Cappy in a Haystack is completed (or once you have found all the clues.)
I always like to use glasses in Fallout games for the +1 PER they add. When I got to Nuka-World and started the quest Cappy in a Haystack, I had to trade my glasses for the new pair that allowed me to see the clues. But once I completed the quest, I realised they kinda grew on me and I didn't want to throw them away. So I thought, why not make my own version but with a added bonus as a reward for the quest, so this is what i came up with.
2) The glasses:
I added a +1PER and +1LUCK effect as well as a +5DR bonus.
I removed the script allowing you to see the clues as well because why bother with that?
3) Requirements and installation:
requires Nuka World (duh)
Use NMM or simply place in F4 data file
It shouldn't conflict with anything unless it modifies the cappy glasses.
