Reduces the armor rating and lining upgrade bonuses for all power armors.

Like the idea of power armor, but don't want to use it because it is easy mode in vanilla? Well, this may be the mod for you.
Notes:
> I do realise that the game lore/history has power armor being developed as a 'walking tank' able to withstand small arms and even explosives. That makes sense, but in regards to gameplay it makes the game incredibly easy. I did a permadeath run on very hard and the only reason I survived is because I enabled easy mode (in other words, I wore power armor).
Changes:
> All power armor parts have had their damage resist ratings halved, or equalised with their energy resist rating (which is typically lower than the armor rating).
> All lining resist upgrade bonuses (armor rating and energy) have been reduced significantly.
> Now only reduces fall damage by 50%.
> No changes have been to armor hitpoints/durability or any other mods. Only base piece resist ratings, linings (A, B, C, and so on) and fall damage have been changed.
