Adds a new recipe that uses whiskey instead of glowing fungus

This simple little mod adds a second recipe in the Chem station for the antibiotics used in Survival Mode. What this new recipe does is allows you to use whiskey in replace of the ever annoying Glowing Fungus. But everything else is the same, you still need stimpacks, water and acid and the perk.
It does leave the original recipe there too so you can use fungus, or other mods that effect the original recipe. Enjoy!
