This made takes the iconic Road Leathers underarmor and makes it viable for longer. It is balanced in such a way that it is an alternative to the Vault Suit. While the Vault Suit adds +5 Energy or +5 Radiation at each tier, Road Leathers now add +2 Damage Resistance at each of its 3 tiers. Very clean mod; naming rules implemented.
