I'm a new modder and wanted to get acquainted with the new Creation Kit. This mod adds a workshop to Morton Residence in Nuka World. The buildable/scrap area is: 1. From bottom of building to top of silo 2. Pipe opening outside of home to the opening of the garage area.
This mod is in alpha since the location is still missing a listing in the pipboy. (Shank/Preston probably doesn't know about it) The glowing green boundries are also not included.
