This mod requires Nuka-World.

The vanilla game's Ghoulish perk was a waste of perk points... Nuka-World improved the perk slightly and added what should of been in the game from the start... Recovery of Rads. This mod doesn't add that but insteads allows the user ignore a portion of radiation.

Rank 1: Ignore 10%
Rank 2: Ignore 25%
Rank 3: Ignore 50%
Rank 4 (Nuka-World): 75%

I want to make the game feel balanced for the early game at least. Late game people usually have heaps of RadAway anyway.
