The Sole Survivor found a way to modify the BoS' teleporter jammer to intercept and retrieve materials or Fusion Cells from teleportation.But it cost a lot of power, for 30 fusion cells, you can retrieve one of the 15 available materials shipments, or 1 Fusion Core for 300 Fusion cells.

Update:
O.K, as requested, the sole survivor hacked into the Institute ammo teleportation line, and increase the efficiency of the interceptor. So, now, each run only cost 30 Fusion cells for retrieving material shipment, or 1 Fusion Core to receive 300 Fusion Cells!

Bos use teleporter jammer to prevent Institute to deploy synths to the Boston Airport. The scenario is : our super smart sole survivor (i.e. us) has found a way to use the jammer as a receiver to intercept the teleportation. But it cannot decode all the information, so it can only receive one material shipment at one go, and uses 50 fusion cells. So to fit this scenario, the material shipments are limited to be possible components of a synth. there are currently 15 of them:
50 Aluminium, 100 Steel, 100 Wood (synths do have wood inside, don't they?), 25 Acid, 50 Adhesive, 25 Fiberglass,25 Cloth, 25 Copper
25 Nuclear material, 25 Oil, 25 Plastic, 25 Rubber, 25 Crystal, 25 Fibre Optics, and 25 Gold.
You got ONE shipment for 50 fusion cell not all of 15 shipments.
