should make every named settler like blake abernathy, phyllis, isabel cruz, ronnie shaw and every other unique settler and nukaworld raider settler completly commandable, move them to another settlement assign them to supplylines   i even added trashan carla, lukas miller, doc weathers, cricket so if they near your settlement you can go into workshop mode and recruit them as settlers with the move command.
i named pre existing unique settler aswell to make the seem more special
