Removes the "Press any button to start" text.

This is for the english version.

This mod is now DEF_UI v1.3.8 compatible (with a helping hand from Old Nick).

If you use any other mod that changes the Translate_en.txt file just go to Data\interface and edit the Translate_en.txt file yourself.
