Adds the Handmade Shotgun, a conversion of the Handmade Assault Rifle from Nuka World, to leveled lists.

This mod adds the "Handmade Shotgun", a repurposing of the Handmade Assault Rifle's models to create a Saiga-esque combat shotgun. It is merged into the leveled lists and will conflict with any mod that alters the leveled lists from Nuka-World. Its stats are slightly better than the combat shotgun from the base game without being overpowered.
