This is my first mod I ever had created...
It simply changes the ''Overboss quarter'' (shame on Colter with his goddamn messie-syndrome!) into a renovateable player home like
Homeplate in Diamond city. I also fixed the holes in the roof and in the wall(well... only the big ones...).
For your information: Vanilla structures ain't allowed.
Soon I also will create a cleaner and better looking Homeplate, so stay tuned!
