Just a bunch of batch files I modified for personal use, but now see they are just as useful here. These are simply batch files to convert mp4 video to images. These are rudimentary, they will not make a grid for you or convert your images to .dds format, you will have to do this.

Just a bunch of batch files I modified for personal use, but now see they are just as useful here. These are simply batch files to convert mp4 video to images. These are rudimentary, they will not make a grid for you or convert your images to .dds format, you will have to do this. They do, however, convert your .mp4s to sequential images in consecutive folders. There are 10 batch files per folder starting with 15min. and every 15min. after up to 150min, which is 2.5 hours.
NOTE: HOW LONG THIS PROCESS TAKES & HOW MANY FOLDERS OF IMAGES YOU END UP WITH DEPENDS ON THE LENGTH AND SIZE OF YOUR VIDEO. YOU ALSO HAVE TO EDIT THE HKX BEHAVIOR FILE TO ADD AS MANY STAGES AS YOU NEED TO RUN YOUR VIDEO. For instance, the mesh with the most stages has 8 stages, if you want to use 16, you have to add 8 more to the mesh, but you also have to add them to the behavior file for that mesh. I uploaded the behavior files as well, that page has the tutorial for this process.
Example: I converted a movie 1:28:?? or an hour 28 min. I started at 9:00 p.m. and it did not finish converting to images until 4:30 a.m.
