DESCRIPTION

This mod adds one of my favorite outfits from Fallout 3 the Merc Troublemaker outfit.
The armor is in the leveled lists as well as a location in Concord;  
it can also be upgraded with Ballistic Mesh and allows for arm and leg armors.
This outfit is perfect for nostalgic Fallout 3 players or wasteland hardasses and has significant longevity as an armor set

FEATURES
-Male and Female versions of armor
-The outfit is among some of the clothing leveled lists
