Replaces the main menu background with an animated 'DOS' style screen with ASCII art that fakeloads Fallout 4.
Tested on 16:10 aspect monitor @ 1680x1050. The videofile is 16:9 aspect full HD size.

If your FPS is drops during loading the audio will come out of sync. And stay that way for that session. (experimentally: if one quit the game on the loadingscreen when there is no harddrive activity and restart the game one have a higher chance of it syncing good)
Also when looping it desyncs if there is too much delay in loading. This is the problem when having video and audio in separate files.
There are two audio options that doesn´t include keystrokes as a workaround.
Timecritical audio in the loadingscreen is a frustrating business.
