Changes Jet items to refill AP instead of slowing down time, and allows crafting Turbo to slow down time in its place.

Description:
I changed Jet and all of its variations to restore Action Points instead of slowing down time, to be like Jet from the previous games. Turbo can be crafted and used to slow down time instead. I made a special version to work along side with Valdacil's Item Sorting Tags and DEF UI/DEF INV in case you use them like I do. Just make sure to load it lower in your load order than VIS. Only download one of the ESPs.
Installation:
Put in your Data folder or use NMM.
