Holy fuck, so thanks to theicedevil (who's totally awesome) they were able to guide me to fixing this mod. Sorry so late, I'm complete trash and I had a lot of shit to do. (i.e. cry)
This should now work with female bodies, and you should be able to equip armor over it.
I had to remove the female option, because of the fact that it was getting only the male body. My fallout 4 folder is fucked up and I am currently trying to fix this...this mod will only work on MALE BODIES!!!

All eyes, ears, noses, teeth, limbs, and other body parts will be on you, as you rip them a new one!
Grabbing Gage's armor, taking off that giant piece of armor, dying the tank top, and adding a good old pair of black pants, Pastel Raider is born.

Note: this mod is for EVB body. CBBE is currently being worked on.
Installation:
Make sure your game is ready for modding by following this guide!
Use Nexus Mod Manager (Easier Option)
or
Download Manually, Drag and drop contents into your fallout 4 folder.
Uninstalling:
Disable and Uninstall with Nexus Mod Manager
or
Delete Gagecleanup.esp, inside your meshes, textures, and materials folder, delete the Gage Folder.
Can be crafted at any and all chemistry station!
Look under PASTEL RAIDER category!

Damage Resistance: 5
Should also be able to add Ballistic weaves to it.
