Its a txt with the most perks as well as the commands for 10 of each special stat.
To use it, unzip it and drop it in your fallout 4 folder (D:\Steam\steamapps\common\Fallout 4) then in game drop the console by pressing ~ key and type bat perks

i haven't tested them obviously

Bellow are the commands in the txt, i've also added a picture with the commands in case i missed one, tho remember that this is not how the devs
intended you to play this game and if you'l use it you will do so at your own risk.

Please note that this file is an old file and from what i've tried in this week after the release adding perks with a bat/console command won't let the game register it properly good job Bethesda at least it's a tad harder to cheat by console not like it matters, im adding a remove perk bat file for those who wish it.

Bellow are the codes for magazines i've also added a text file with them, i suppose i don't have to tell you again but il do it anyway just drop the consile type bat magazines or the file-name of the bat you want.
