About this mod

Removes all S.P.E.C.I.A.L. rank requirements for perks, so you can pick any perk you want. However, it leaves the Player Level requirements intact, so the higher-ranked perks don't over-power lower level characters.

Yes. There are other mods similar to this one, but none exactly like this one. Other mods either strip Player Level requirements or S.P.E.C.I.A.L. and Player Level requirements. Also, none of them have been updated for months, and a new one needed to be made for the new Nuka World additions to the perks.

So, I created this!

Why remove S.P.E.C.I.A.L. and not Player Level requirements?  I think everyone agrees that the position of perks on the ladder don't make sense. Some should be under other attributes, some should be lower or higher on the ladder. But if you strip away the S.P.E.C.I.A.L. requirements, you can try out Ghoulish without plugging all of your precious S.P.E.C.I.A.L. points into endurance.

On my last character, I played using another mod which removed both requirements, and I naturally plugged in my perk points to max out preferred weapon, Sneak, Ninja armor, and weaponsmith perks. By level 20, the character was just too powerful. It was obvious to me that Bethesda had balanced gameplay by requiring higher player levels for higher perk ranks for a reason!

Still removing just S.P.E.C.I.A.L. gives you the freedom to apply your S.P.E.C.I.A.L. points where you want them, not where you have to just to get that Robotics Expert perk.
