Powered Perk and Goat Posters
Adds both perk and goat posters using both styles lighted poster frames.
The posters are currently found with other powered posters and it's pretty cluttered, we're talking some 150 posters and they appear before the in game posters, so use at your own risk. I try not to mess with form list overrides and have yet to learn how to do menus with scripting, so it's a mess. Hope to revisit at some point. Just wanted to get the posters out there.
