New Beginnings Sanctuary is my first mod and I hope I didn't miss anything.  I created a NPC in Sanctuary that you can interact with (two small quests) to clean up most of the non scrapable items in Sanctuary.  I felt that not having to do anything to clean it all up or having to interact with each object individually was non immersive, so meet Jon, he will work with you and Sanctuary will be much cleaner.  As an additional note, Jon is a NPC that can be made into a settler but I recommend that you do so after completing the two quests as I haven't figured out how to keep him from wandering off during dialogue after he is assigned to a settlement.  Also, I hope to add audio files to Jon soon(this means, that for now, you will need to turn on the subtitles in the game menu).  Good luck FO4 friends, I hope you enjoy this.
