Didn't find anything that did this alone so what the heck decided to make it for me and then said "go ahead and share why not"
NOTE: 2 versions .. recommend use CapsStash at start of a game and switch to the Lite later to get a good financial investment nest eqq for those investments just have to make.

Description: Modifies the base lists connected to the Caps Stash in the game to increase what find. Really bothered me tht a stash would have fewer caps then could find in a dumpster so I changed it.
Impacted Lists: Changed the following leveld lists in the game. These lists feed into the leveled item .. Container_Loot_Pouch_Caps_Raider .. which is called by the capsstash script which determines the paltry number of caps in the stash..
LLC_MoneyPouch
LL_Caps_Reward_Small_and_Change
LL_Caps_Change
Stash amount will vary from 74 to over 500 caps.
Additional impact on other containers will increase caps found in desks/lockers etc, in effect can find a few dozen to over 100 caps.
If this is felt to be excessive please leave a comment as it is easy to lower or raise the ammounts that can be found and am not adverse to creating different versions of the game based on player preference.

Alternative Mod: CapsStashLite. Only made changes to the LLC_MoneyPouch to increase what is found. Reduction overall in caps but still find a good amount every not and then to pay for the needed luxuries in the waste (like bullets).
NOTE: Did not use a script to change the above so any other mod that changes these lists directly will impact with this mod.
Again this was just fixing something that bothered me and done just for the heck of it.
Restrictions: None, use as wish or make your own changes to it to increase caps to infinity and beyound.
