Made at the request of a friend.

This adds a stand alone variant of the Kiloton Radium Rifle that has an available slot for legendary mods while keeping the explosive effect.
It also changes caliber to 5.56.

This weapon can only be acquired by console.
Just type help "giga" 4 and you can find it.

Currently I am not taking requests, I'm not really a modder anyway, but I may upload a few other simple mods I have made if I get around to it.
