I'd like to tell you something about The Guns of Navarro.
Because it has the most unusual weapons which have ever appeared stashed
in my house.
I play the entirely telegraphed role of smarter-than-he-looks Enclave
sympathizer whose fate it is to play gracious host to four most
preposterous and incongruous implements of death on a desperate and
improbable gambit to stay relevant.
What makes this mission slightly less desperate and improbable is that I
actually have a lot of Americana in my house, and am therefore a
reasonable good-enough fit to support the twice-destroyed Enclave. I
really can't piece together why there's an out-of-place and
anticlimactically earned suit of power armor in the house though!
The Guns of Navarro is clouded with lame oil-related gags and
explosions!, but you must remember that it does not contain one bit of
adventure or intrigue. Over and above any human-interest story at all,
this is a "story" of a few stupid guns, each with its own deep problems,
its own personal quirks. Each with its own moments of frustration and
defeat. It is a story of low cunning, and some bags of sand and,
ostensibly, cement.
The Guns of Navarro, I promise you, is probably one of the least
practical weapon mods you may ever download."
