In the workshop you'll find:
Furniture->Chairs->School Desks (assignable and adds happiness)
Furniture->Chairs->Teacher Chair (assignable and adds happiness)
Power->Misc->Teacher Terminal (requires power)
Decor->Wall Decor->Paintings-> World Map, Body Systems, Europe Map, Latin America Map, Solar System and USA Map
