A small wasteland home that I made for myself awhile back.  I figured I'd upload it in case anyone else might happen to like it.

It comes with every type of crafting workbench, a power armor stand, an itty bitty bit of lore, and a couple housewarming sweetrolls. :)
Workbench inventories are all linked and also shared with those of Sanctuary.  So if you have a supply route linked to Sanctuary, all those supplies will also be available for crafting at the hideout.  The hideout is not a settlement so no build mode there.

It sits on the northwestern edge of Sanctuary's "island".  Between Sanctuary and Vault 111.
